Cancellation/Refund Policy


Cancellations must be voice-mailed or faxed to 503-972-8947 or emailed to
gina@pediatricfocus.org.

Textbooks will be refunded at their purchase price at any time if they are
returned in their original package.

Cancellations prior to 30 days before class date are eligible for full refund or transfer to a
later PALS class.
  • 20-30 days prior to class: 60% tuition credit for a future class
  • 10-20 days prior to class: 30% tuition credit for a future class
  • <10 days prior to class; placement in a later class will require full tuition payment
At any time that cancellation is necessary, registration will be accepted in another PALS
class date (assuming the class remains open) once tuition balance is received.
